Oh thank you to the Etsy newsletter for opening up a whole new world for me by sending out the link to Burda Style an Open Source sewing pattern site. You have no idea much I have wanted something like this. Free patterns, really good patterns, forums, how-to's, blog everything about sewing clothing (and other stuff) patterns. Oh, I'm in heaven.

i've been hearing about this everywhere lately! i don't sew but my mom has been a professional seamstress for nearly 30 years. she keeps saying she's going to teach me...
